Did Uncle Kracker write Rehab's "Bartender (sittin' in a bar)"?

About four years ago at Mohegan Sun Casino in CT.  He performed a song that he wrote 3 days earlier, I don't remember what it was called, but when I heard the Rehab song, I was sure it was the same song.  However he's not listed on the writing credits.  Was it the same song?  Does anybody know the song I'm referring to? Thanx

    Not sure if he did I think Wiki said that that song got Kracker's and Kid Rocks attention but Kracker performed the song Wednesday the 16th at the Fillmore in Detroit and it was so cool.
